We are moving across the country from VA to CA and we need to move my car but can't afford to have it shipped so we are thinking about hauling it behind the Jeep Liberty. Every Uhaul dealer I've called here doesn't know anything about it or if it's possible.

Acura Legend GS! Problems?

ok so i have a 1995 acura legend GS and i have a problem with the telescopic steering wheel..it will go in and out, but not up and down and it is stuck in this high position that isnt very comfortable for driving and it wont go down...i went to a shop and they said that you have to take the whole steering column apart and it will be VERY expensive..is there any other way to fix this.....and i have another problem..the power window on the driver side goes up and down VERY slow..something with the window regulator...how to i make it not go so darn slow?

Thanks for the info Eric, but what do u mean by a collision center?

You may not be able to repair the tilt feature on the colum affordably.
I suggest a 2nd opinion from a collision center.

You window is likely binding in it's rubber guide track.
Get a can of silicone clear spray(very common) and wet a corner of a folded paper towel. Work the wet corner of the paper towel into the rubber trim that your window sits in. Make sure the towel remains moist. Make a few passes with the window down and then raise it. It should go up rather easily now. Over time these channels get dirty and will bind the glass overworking the window regulator and the motor. Do all your doors now at least 3 times a year.

It means your ejection seat has malfunctioned! No...in reality it means that your cars computer (PCM) has detected a sensor that is not performing within a specified parameter. Could be anything, that's what a mechanic is for; you can get someone at pepboys or autozone to scan the computer for you, but it won't do a whole lot of good because you probably have limited mechanical knowledge and limited ability to fix the problem yourself.

But...yes...you can drive it around for a while as long as your car is running like normal, the throttle isn't sticking, and you aren't getting random rpm jumping. Take it to a mechanic when you have the time...no rush unless it's catastrophic.
