Wall Clock Pendulum

Are old wall clocks, hand wound, still "MANUFACTURED" (Not restored) ? If, yes where are they manufactured ?

There is a crazy for 'Grand Father' wall clock with pendulum. They were mechanical clocks spring loaded and hand wound. They are still found in many houses as antique pieces. I am anxious to know whether they are still manufactured ? Because electronic watches have long back replaced them.
