For experienced dancers, how do you attempt a knee roll up?
I've witnessed lot of my dancer friends do a move that seems a little difficult. First, your on your knees on the floor. You thrust your hips up and lean back. You then roll from your knees up into a standing position. I think it's called a knee roll. Any pointers? And youtube videos?
I think you are talking about a toe rise.
You really should not attempt it if you are not in an intermediate or advanced level of dance. You need very strong ankles to support you, as it is dangerous if your ankles are weak.
