Alarm clock for a very light sleeper?
I have been using a Sony Dream Machine CD alarm clock for the past few years, and I love everything about it except the back lit display that sometimes keeps me awake. I'm looking to replace it.
What I want:
*No back light/very dim numbers (in other words, probably LED rather than LCD)
*Two alarms that are easy to turn on and off with a display of the times to which they are set (I want to be able to reassure myself in the middle of the night that my alarm is set properly)
*Battery backup so I don't have to reset if the power goes out
*Radio or CD alarm capable of being set to very low volume (typically with my old alarm it was the click of the CD starting to spin up that woke me, which allowed me to turn off the alarm before it woke my husband up)
*nap timer, preferably one that can also be set to radio alarm, but I've yet to see one like that
