Can one preserve antique prints w/ frames using those space bags? Would the bags harm the print & wood?

You know what I mean by the "space bags" - the storage bags where you suck the air out of them w/ a vacuum cleaner. My home can get humid at times and I don't want the prints & antique wood frames to get moisture on them. I plan on displaying these antiques in my new home once we move in, but don't want them exposed to the humidity in my old house - we have no AC in our current residence, unfortunately.

I would wrap them in paper and then in plastic and perhaps use the space bags too. I've used ice chests in the attic before (depends on the size of course) But the space bags are supposed to be waterproof so if you wrapp them and then seal them in you could probably slide them under a bed or two for safekeeping.

Wood has always played an important role in the development of the world. Wood has many uses. One of the most basic uses for wood is in construction. There are many other beneficial ways to use wood.

For centuries, people have been using wood to craft different things like, toys, furniture, and even board games. Some of the most wonderful chess sets on the planet have been made from wood. A lot of energy goes into the construction of each board and much more into the carving of the individual pieces. Creation of wooden chess sets require a lot of effort. Fortunately, there are skilled craftsmen around the globe that do a great job at it.

Very few people who own a wooden chess set regret purchasing it. Wooden chess sets have a great history because chess sets were usually made from wood in the past. As you might know, chess is really an old game that has continued to advance throughout the ages. And wood chess sets have been a prominent component during this historic transition.

In the past, one was only able to find wooden chess sets. It is not uncommon for antique and vintage chess sets found in museums or collections to embody great designs and exquisite aspects that are worthy of praise. As for wooden chess sets in contemporary times, they are still very popular and broadly used today. Most wooden chess sets do not cost much in relation to sets made of other materials. Some people like wooden chess sets better than the chess sets made of other materials like marble or glass. The wooden chess sets are probably still so well-known because of their history, their simplicity and the fact that most wooden sets are cheaper than other materials. Ultimately, it's all up to your own preference. Do have one thing in mind. Wooden chess sets are desirable for a reason.
