What type of alarm clock is right for me?
i have a realllly hard time waking up in the morning. I have to have someone pour water on me to get me up. I need to find an alarm clock that will wake me up. I was thinking about getting an axbo. Any thoughts?
I have a tough time waking-up too. I find that multiple alarms positioned in different places in the room work. That way I can't turn them off easily and go back to sleep. My family hates it, but I get up quickly and turn them off so as not to annoy them too badly. Mine are regular alarms. I use at least three.

Waking up early in the morning is a very good habit. It's better for our body to be fit and fine.To wake up early in the morning is everyone's dream. Only few of the people in this world wake up early in the morning. They only wake up because of having some reason like exercise, office etc.
Tips to wake Up early
Solid Reason to Get Up
The most important factor to wake up early in the morning is having a solid reason. Without any reason its bit difficult to early in the morning. Try to create one reason daily to wake up early in the morning.
Slowly Changing Schedule
Try to change your schedule slowly. Try to wake up 15 minutes ago around 15 days. Then increase this time period to 30 minutes and so on with this schedule. This is also a best way to wake up early.
Alarm Clock Out of reach
Put your alarm clock or cell phone out of your reach which will compel you to wake up and stand up. Once you will stand up you will feel yourself bit comfortable not to go to bed again.
Better Sleep
Better sleep is also an another way to get up early in the morning. Most of the people need to sleep better than a longer sleep. Make sure that you have a high quality pillow and a relaxing environment. Try to make your bed room as comfortable as possible. Well decorated with total darkness, peaceful environment etc.
Make Yourself Tired
When you feel more and more tired, you will go to bed as soon as possible. Try exercising after work/school to make yourself more tired during the evening. If you will go to bed earlier, you will able to wake up early in the morning.
Morning call service
Some services like Wake Up Land etc. Or you can ask someone whom you know will be awake at that time to call you. You can say your friend, your boyfriend, your girl friend or even to your relative who wake up early in the morning.
Sleep earlier
Be realistic – if you target to wake up at 5am, don't turn in at only 1am or 2am the night before expecting to be successful in waking up on time. You are more than likely going to crash in your goal. It is the times when I sleep early and have sufficient sleep when waking early becomes a significantly easier task.
Set Favorite Music as Alarm
(most mobile phones today have this function). What better way to wake up to a new day than to listen to your favorite song? By the time the music finishes playing, you will be more awake and ready to get up.
Don't Return to Old Routine
Use a disruption like this to make a drastic and quick change to your routine. An example would be if you must wake up at 4am for a flight, or if the phone rings at 5am one morning. Don't just return to your regular time the next day, try to embrace the disruption slightly.
